Burj Al-Luqluq Social Center Society was established in the year 1991 and has been servicing the Jerusalem community within the Old City Walls for almost 21 years. It is named after governor Luqluq from the Mamluk period and is built on almost 9 acres of land owned by two Palestinian families.
